- DELRAY BEACH — The man killed Saturday by a Tri-Rail train Saturday was identified today as Roosevelt Kendricks, 47, of Delray Beach. - Just before he died, police say Kendricks "defiantly" held his middle finger up to the oncoming locomotive before trying to make a last second exit from the tracks. - After displaying his middle finger, Kendricks just missed making it off of the tracks in time, police said. He was struck by the train and died instantly. - His death is being ruled an accident, not a suicide, at this time, police said.

Darwin wins. But do you know what would have been fabulous? If a big 13 was painted on the train, like "No. 13"--in red, of course. And all sorts of geometric shapes were shifting all around.
Mmf. This guy had it coming, one way or the other.
I don't know why, but I really dig his name...Roosevelt Kendricks!
Aren't you supposed to hit the gas at the same time?
Wow, I guess he asked for that one.
