Tax forms at the library: will these soon be obsolete?  The only people that ask for them are, how do I say this...weathered.  And when you politely tell them where the tax forms are, you get free tax tips, anti-government grumbles or people that are seeking advice on how to file.  It's an all around awesome time to be a librarian!

we have a big binder of all those "other" forms that aren't the 1040 stuff. when we got this old guy a special form and photocopied it for him, he said, "a high schooler could do this" as he walked out.

classy.

hahaha! we have the same binder. an old man asked me if we had some publication in that binder and i said "no" (if i'm correct there are no publications in it anyway, just forms & instructions). he didn't trust me! "i'd better have a look." suit yourself, dude!
