I should have posted this photo on Mother's Day! We have sure enjoyed watching our friend Mama Dove (as we call her) and her two babies experience twitterpating: best of edition, chapter two. Papa wasn't so happy with me after I snapped this photo; usually we take the pictures from inside the house but I couldn't resist.

i love it! it's amazing to see life right before your eyes - and in your orchids, no less!
it's like you just want to gobble them up! for their cuteness, not their oh-so-satisfying protein...
