the moon has been beautifully lovely lately, hasn't it? even in the early morning drive to work. i love this photo, by the way. :)
i do believe that's an ice ring around the moon... basically, it's a level of really high up cirrus clouds that're made up of ice crystals. when the moonlight reflects off the ice, it makes that ring effect.awesome, isn't it?---MB
