- Last night, Steve and I ripped up all the carpet in the new place and discovered terrazzo flooring throughout the house...! We're going to rent some heavy-duty equipment today & clean/buff/polish it to make it shiny and fabulous. It kind of looks like this, only some of the coloring is different. When we're finished, I'll share pictures.
- Today, hopefully, we pick up our new kitten. She was neutered (or spayed, I can never get it straight) yesterday, and the Adopt-A-Cat shelter owner said she was really out of it.
- Seeing as we're moving, it would come in really handy to have a truck...but it's still being repaired. In the meantime, Steve's rental car is a RAV-4, and I have to admit...I love it! When I'm filthy rich from my public service career salary, I think I'll look into buying one.
- Tonight = big TV night for yours truly. New Grey's Anatomy, the all-new Six Degrees (with Hope Davis!)...
- Time for some coffee. Coffee. Coffee.

I hearted TV that night.
I found out all about WPB roses, but I already forgot it all, so I'll ask again. She says they're a lot of work, but we have one bush that just took off like crazy and she keeps having to cut it back so it doesn't attack our cars. I took a picture of the rose for you, hoping you could maybe identify it, since we don't know what it is, but I used my parents' camera, so I have to wait for them to figure out how to email me the picture. It's all pretty and rain-drop-covered. Lovely south Fla!
oooh, fabu floors.
and fabu everything.
