Jane, meet Bloggers. Bloggers, meet Jane:


















The above picture was taken on her first afternoon with us. She was so exhausted but adorably curious and quite social. She took little kitty steps in straight lines, but everytime I said her name she danced right back to me. Eventually, she curled up like a pretzel and fell asleep in my lap. She purrs very loudly; when you speak to her from yards away, the motor starts going and she won't stop until she enters REM.

D. Sergei has fallen in hardcore love with Jane. We introduced the two very slowly (she still doesn't have regular contact with Cole; they're still testing one another out) - it wasn't gravy from the start. But now they spend hours together, and D. Sergei kisses her on top of her kitten head more often than I do! They do a lot of silly things together, like play "Jane is the puma, D. Sergei is the crotchety old lion" for hours:


















At eleven weeks, she is still looking for some sweet teet. She's a licker-magoo:


















And by the way, she smells sooo gooooooood. Here's a gratuitous picture of my nose to illustrate her yummyness:



















So, I'm completely smitten for my kitten. She's hecka cute. We like her embarrassing moments, too...just today, she jumped into the toilet. While Steve was taking a wiz.
