Town & Country does it again!

Tonight, as I was buying a bottle of champagne and some double-dipped, chocolate-covered peanuts, a woman snuck behind me in line, with the latest Town & Country as her only purchase. I looked at her: middle-aged, accomplished, and Palm Beachy. And then I wondered if she has ever known any of the back-page featured newlyweds, like this charming and totally false union of love. Hello! Complete nerd (with the glasses to prove it) scores decent-looking blonde?? I bet it's because he has Roman numerals following his Vanderbilt-esque surname. Sigh...at least she got to get married in a winterland jungle (or so it appears)...am I the only one wondering what the real story is?
